Release & Statement of Activities
Camp Lee is in the business of outfitting; that is , we plan and provide equipment and supervision for various outdoor activities...hiking, camping, canoeing, and other various similar events. Each event is different, and you need to consult your group leader for the specifics of this particular outing, but in general, you can expect activities which may include walking over rough terrain, swimming, canoeing, carrying heavy loads, and other physical activities associated with hiking, camping, and canoeing.
There will be other activities carried out by each group, which may include games of physical exertion and other sports activities.
By signing this, I acknowledge that I have read the above statement of activities and understand the nature and extent of these activities, and agree and acknowledge that Camp Lee, it's agents, employees, and any and all persons connected therewith are hereby released and discharged from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action of any type whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the activities provided on this outing.
Further, consent and permission is given to be treated by competent medical personnel as a result of any accident or medical emergency while on this outing.
