Sample Menus

When you come to Camp Lee, be sure to bring your appetite. In the Camp’s dining hall, you will find the best in Southern cooking. From yeast rolls, to fried chicken and fresh vegetables, to tempting desserts, the menu always includes the very best of traditional Southern favorites. All meals also feature health conscious alternatives, and vegetarian meals can be prepared upon request.

 

Breakfast:

Scrambled eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, Grits

Bacon/Sausage Links/Sausage Patties (Choose 1 meat per breakfast)

Pancakes/Toast/Cinnamon Rolls/Muffins (Choose 1 per breakfast)

Fresh Fruit Bowl/Fruit Cocktail/Peaches (Choose 1 per breakfast)

Cereals, Milk, Orange Juice and Coffee

 

Lunch:  Option 1

Chicken Tenders, Catfish, Fries, Baked Beans, Salad Bar, Rolls, Chocolate Chip Cookies
